Living and Dying Well With Dementia app for iPhone and iPad

This free educational resource was devised for those who care for people with Dementia and aims to provide valuable information about some of the key issues in Dementia and End of Life Care. The app has been developed by experts in the field including representatives from the Alzheimers Society, Gold Standards Framework and the End of Life Partnership.

The app is supported by a companion website http://www.dementiaendoflife.co.uk which provides supportive information; users can download a certificate of completion, take part in our evaluative survey, access our extensive document library or watch podcasts to learn more about living and dying well with dementia.
